The scale degrees are based on the Major scale.
The scale consists of five notes. It can be described in steps as a formula which is written as whole and a half step, whole step, whole step, whole and a half, whole step from the first note to first note in the next octave.
The A Pentatonic Major is relative to F# Pentatonic Minor. Both scales include the same notes but has different root notes.
