The second degree is written as Fb, which is the same as E. The fifth degree is written as Bbb, which is the same as A. The sixth degree is written as Cb, which is the same as B. In scale notation, the same note letter should not be included twice, if it can be avoided.

Eb Locrian is the seventh mode of E Major scale, they contain the same notes, but starts on different notes.
