This guitar scale finder displays notes of the scale over all the fretboard. By default, the fretboard consists of 15 frets, but it can be expanded up to 24 frets. Increase/decrease he numbers of frets with the up and down arrows in the "Frets" field.
Choose between flats (b) and sharps (#) by mark the circles in the "b / #" toogle above the fretboard canvas.
Choose the root note and the scale type to see the positions for the scale all over the guitar neck. Darker color highlighting the root notes.
Below the fretboard canvas, notes and intervals are visble for the selected scale.

These descriptions provide a brief overview of each scale and its characteristics. Notice that some might have alternate scale names. For example, Aeolian Dominant are also known as Hindu Scale as well as Major-Minor Scale.
